Return Policy

Due to the health and safety of our customers and the fact that all of our products we offer are customized and made to order we do not exchange or accept returns on our products unless an item that was purchased had a major problem such as the following:

  • The item is significantly different than the description or images shown at the time of purchase.
  • The item purchased is damaged due to the fault of our factory or by the shipping carrier.
  • The item received is not what you ordered.

If you experience any of these issues listed above, please send us an email as soon as possible to support@goldstarvalue.com so we can resolve the issue in a timely matter. 

Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos or videos of the products received.

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes made by the customer for the following:

  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors & etc. Please review your order very carefully before you checkout to ensure your order is correct.
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Invalid address entry
  • Improper care
  • Damages while in use

We are happy to offer you a discount for reordering if any of the mentioned above occurs. Please send us an email at support@goldstarvalue.com.

Please keep in mind that some colors can vary quite a bit depending on the dye used during the printing process and the lighting used to take pictures of our products. We work hard to depict all colors as accurately as possible however we cannot always control all lighting variations or your monitor/phone screen settings. Please send us a message at support@goldstarvalue.com if your item is very different than what is displayed in our listing, so that we can assist you.

A request needs to be submitted within 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date to qualify for credit or replacement.

To file a claim, please send us an email to support@goldstarvalue.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Video / Photo of defective product
  • For printing errors, please provide photos of the errors
  • For print size, or placement issues, please provide photos of the affected garments using a measuring tape or ruler that is included in the photos.
  • If some of your items are missing when you receive your package, please provide us an image of the received package's cover and shipping label so we can forward them to our production team to investigate the problem.
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you at no cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
  • Modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
  • Remember not to return the item(s) you received because we do not accept returns.Â
