***Please do keep in mind though that some colors can vary quite a bit depending on the lighting. We work hard to depict all colors as accurately as possible however we cannot always control all lighting variations or your monitor/phone screen settings.

* Avoid extreme heat.
* Is not dishwasher safe.
* Is not microwave safe.
* Dry bamboo lid asap
* Clean straw gently.
* Do not scrub outside of glass. Design may fade.
* Rinse gently with cold water.
* Dry in dish rack.

**During holidays please expect delays as the amount of orders are slightly higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

I can offer a replacement if you received a damaged or defective item. Please send us a message along with the order number and photos of the damaged or defective items and photos of the packaging your items arrived in so we can assist you in getting a replacement.
